Justin is passionate about empowering others beyond elite professional sport. In 2016, Justin and his team from Tigerspike built a new digital health app. The app operates behind the scenes in professional sport, workplace wellness, and healthcare. In 2020, the 360 app won Gold at the London Design Awards for Digital Health.

360 will scale up this technology in 2021 to help people reclaim their wellbeing, given all the harmful effects of the COVID-19 pandemic. The app will form part of a more comprehensive online ecosystem of care, and we are excited to help people.
