Justin has since consulted professional athletes in other sports, particularly top-flight football. He supports international stars in the English Premier League, Scottish Premier League, and French Ligue 1.
Beyond elite sports, Justin is passionate about empowering others in their health and wellness. To this end, 360 has created a pioneering e-learning platform dedicated to helping aspirational talent prevent burnout, successfully manage lifeload, and leverage health for sustainable high performance. The 360 app and platform operate behind the scenes in professional sports, workplace wellness, and healthcare. In 2020, the 360 app won Gold at the London Design Awards for Digital Health.
