Inside the 360 OS™.
You’ve heard me describe the app, platform and Practitioner Programme. But a description only goes so far — you’re a coach, and you make your decisions on what you can see and test. So, let me show you.
Grab a drink and take 15 minutes with me inside the system we’ve been talking about. No pitch deck but instead, the live product as we use it today.
The 360 OS™ is not another app or wellness platform. It's also not another course that you do once and add to your CV. It’s the digital infrastructure that sits underneath your business so that you can buy back your time, build deeper relationships with clients and add new revenue without burning out. It's the ecosystem taking your coaching to a new level.
Hold one piece of architecture while you watch — the 360 Ladder
Signal
The App
Captures what’s happening to your client in the hours between your sessions — a two-minute daily check-in that brings together subjective and objective markers. App algorithms help you and your client proactively manage lifestyle and lifeload.
Answers
The Platform
Enables you to turn app trends into a coaching conversation that then leads to targeted knowledge and strategies you prescribe — the right module at the right time for your client. Evidence-based, tried-and-tested answers across physical, mental and emotional wellbeing.
Elevation
The Practitioner Programme
Brings together the knowledge, system and additional digital tools you'll use daily to scale up your care. The Programme includes applied learning. It guides you step-by-step on how to build the infrastructure underneath your business.
Three moments worth watching for
Subjective before objective
Why the check-in asks how your client feels before it shows them a number. Small detail, deliberate design.
Weather versus climate
How the system holds a 90-day memory of your client that perception alone can’t.
Prescribed, not browsed
Why the private member platform works. No more sharing fragmented content with clients.
Chapters
Four revenue levers — all on top of your coaching fees.
The 360 OS creates infrastructure underneath your practice that opens new income streams. None of them replace what you charge for coaching — they sit on top. Set your own numbers and see what the system is worth.
Capacity — Membership Share
Each client pays $799/yr for the App & Platform. You earn 50% — $399.50 per client, per year.
Premium — Annual Programmes
Sell a year of wrap-around care instead of hourly sessions. Your programme, your price — 360 takes nothing.
Scale — Group Cohorts
Run specialist cohorts (up to 25 per cohort). Each participant gets their own app & data. Membership share included on top.
Corporate — Introduction Fees
When a client says “my whole team needs this” — you introduce them, 360 delivers, and you earn 20% of the first year’s memberships. A 50-person programme is worth ~$7,990 to you.
This model assumes every cohort is full, with 25 distinct new annual members who are not counted among your one-to-one clients or another cohort. Count each membership once. For partial cohorts or overlapping groups, use the Practice Income Mapper. Enter only additional professional fees, excluding existing coaching revenue and the $799 membership. Figures are gross revenue before delivery costs and tax.

“Having spent the last 16 years using HRV with various different monitors, the coaching platform provides more context and more layers to coaching conversations.”
“There’s a human side to it, because you’re asking questions and you care. It can create a good culture between client and coach.”
Rob Goldup
Performance Coach · PGA Tour
“The whole structure of the training, starting with the Pyramid, makes you ask much better questions as a practitioner.”
“You see the links between everything, so instead of sitting on a mountain of information and not knowing what to tackle first, you know which domino is the biggest one. And then the data from the app backs you up when you ask. The written material is honestly incredible.”
Charlie Marshall
Performance Coach · DP World Tour & LIV Golf
“We use the lab results and also his technology with HRV to help maximise my abilities.”
“Justin is a great guy and someone I have built a lot of trust in since working together. He has been a big help to my career with his expertise. I’m looking forward to many more years working together!”
Harry Kane
England Football Captain · Bayern Munich
“It tells me if I’m on track, it gives me motivation, and it tells me when just to decompress a little bit. It’s like having Justin Buckthorp with me every single day.”
“He helped me win on the PGA Tour, he helped me win my first major championship, he helped me become Olympic champion — and has taken care of my health on and off the golf course, as well as my family’s.”
Justin Rose MBE
PGA Tour Golfer · Major Winner · Olympic Champion
“Having researched HRV in advance, this app is everything I could have asked for. The accuracy is phenomenal.”
“Quick to record with intuitive navigation. I would recommend to anyone who values HRV data and the ability to correlate results with lifestyle.”

The questions coaches ask us most.
Straight answers — the same ones you’d get from me in the chat. Anything not covered here, ask me directly.
Can my clients pay monthly for the membership?
No — membership is annual, by design. Transformation follows commitment: a client who invests in the year shows up differently from one who hedges month to month. 360 was built for people who want continuity of care, not another consumer wearable to try for a few weeks and set aside. It’s a premium product, priced for the people it serves best.
How and when am I paid my membership share?
In one annual payment per membership: 50%, paid 30 days after purchase — once the refund window has closed — in line with the partner terms. One payment rather than a monthly drip, because payouts often cross borders and one meaningful sum serves you better than twelve small ones.
Do I have to complete Level I before Level II?
Yes, without exception. Level I is where you learn to read a whole person — strengths, gaps, bottlenecks, constraints, the first domino, their map of the world, their story and beliefs. That lens is the foundation the technology and the AI are leveraged through. Nobody operates the infrastructure without first learning to see — it’s one of the reasons the system works.
Can I share the training with another coach?
No. Authorisation is individual — every coach qualifies in their own right. The 360 OS materials, frameworks and tools are for authorised practitioners only, and can’t be used by anyone who hasn’t purchased and completed the training. That standard protects every coach who has.
Will my clients actually use the app?
It’s designed for exactly that. The daily check-in takes about two minutes — a handful of subjective ratings, a 90-second HRV reading, a few tags — and it’s deliberately active rather than passive, because the check-in itself is part of the intervention. Your clients aren’t feeding a dashboard; they get something worth noticing back every day.
What equipment do my clients need?
A Polar H10 chest strap — the hardware that makes the HRV reading ECG-grade rather than a wrist estimate. It’s a one-off purchase, typically $80–$120 depending on where you are in the world, available from polar.com or most sports retailers. Everything else is the app on their phone.
Is the AI coaching my clients instead of me?
No — and it’s designed so it can’t. The AI Coach works through structured questions and prepares you rather than replacing you; the insight engine points, it doesn’t push. Data informs; humans decide. You remain the interpretive layer, because you hold more than the data holds.
Does 360 replace my existing methodology?
No — it’s the infrastructure underneath it. Everything you’ve trained in still stands. 360 gives the work you already do signal, answers and continuity it never had. Amplify, not replace.
Is this only for sports coaches?
No. It was forged in elite sport, but it runs underneath any serious coaching practice — executive coaching, functional medicine, wellness and life coaching, psychology and therapy, talent development. The door you walk through is different; the infrastructure underneath is the same.
What happens after the 12 months included with Level II?
Two things, and they’re separate. Your clients’ memberships simply renew at the annual rate — ongoing, nothing changes. Your own renewal is one simple fee: $297 a year after your first twelve months, and it covers everything on your side — your authorisation stays current, and your own App and Platform access is included while you’re authorised and active. Each year there’s also a short OS update module — under an hour — so your credential always means you’re current with the system as it is today, not as it was the year you qualified. No re-sitting the training, no separate membership for you. For perspective: your share of a single client membership more than covers it.
My clients already wear a Whoop or an Oura ring — how does this sit alongside that?
Comfortably — nothing needs throwing away. Two differences matter. First, the measurement: wrist and ring devices estimate HRV optically; 360 takes a 90-second ECG-grade reading through a chest strap — the difference between an estimate and a measurement. Second, and more importantly, the architecture: a consumer wearable ends at the device — data with no one working on it. 360 ends at you: the reading sits alongside how your client says they feel, inside a system a trained coach acts on. Technology is the start of the conversation, not the finish. If a client loves their ring, they keep it — it’s doing a different job.
What does my first 30 days look like after I become authorised?
You switch the system on, client by client. Week one: choose your first clients and onboard them — they download the app, pair the strap, and start their two-minute daily check-ins the same day, with a baseline forming within the first week. Week two: the insights start arriving, and you prescribe your first Platform module off the back of what the data surfaces. Weeks three and four: you’re opening sessions already knowing what the fortnight looked like — the first “how did you know to ask that?” moment usually lands here. Thirty days after each membership purchase, your first coach share is paid. And you’re not doing it alone: through the founding cohort, it’s me you’re talking to, directly.
What this looks like on a Tuesday
Picture your next difficult client. When they choose to share their App report, you can open the session knowing what their last three weeks actually looked like — the load, the trend, the thing worth asking about first. You’re not reconstructing it from memory or guesswork. You’re coaching from evidence, and your client feels seen in the hours you were never in the room.
That’s the whole point of the last ten years of building. Nothing you saw in that video asks you to coach differently. It gives the coaching you already do a layer of sight it has never had.
The infrastructure you’ve just seen is built, live, and ready. The only question left is whether you are.
