Individual coaches use our revenue calculator to see what the 360 OS adds to one practice of one. The people who run clinics, clubs and teams kept asking a bigger question: what does it return across everyone under this roof? This is the same engine, rebuilt at practice level.
Why we built it. Most practices already have brilliant specialists — training, physio, nutrition, medicine. Each one sees a slice of the person in front of them. 360 is the layer underneath the whole team: it measures what each member is carrying across their life, shows every practitioner what matters first, and carries the between-session work the practice currently manufactures out of human attention. The glue underneath the spokes. This page shows what that layer is worth in revenue terms — because a partnership conversation should start from numbers, not adjectives.
How to use it. Start with the shape of your practice — how many practitioners you would enrol and how many members each would bring onto the system. Then work the four levers with your own numbers. Takes about three minutes. The membership share is exact at today's published pricing; everything you set yourself is yours to set. Nothing you enter here is stored or sent anywhere.
What it deliberately leaves out. This page does not price your partnership. Multi-practitioner terms are agreed in conversation, so treat the investment figures below as the published ceiling, not the quote.
First · Your Practice
Assumes distinct members in every practitioner roster, full cohort of 25 and corporate group. No member is counted twice. Fees exclude existing revenue and the $799 membership. Figures are gross revenue before delivery costs and tax. For partial or overlapping cohorts, use the Practice Income Mapper.
Everything below scales from two numbers: how many of your practitioners you would put through the 360 Foundations and Practitioner pathway, and how many of their existing clients or members each would bring onto the system. Be conservative — the model works at small numbers.
Lever 1 · Capacity
Each member pays an annual membership of $799 for the App and the Private Member Platform. 50% of that — $399.50 per member, per year — is paid back into your deployment, 30 days after purchase. The 30 days is deliberate: it sits past the member's refund window, so every dollar of share that reaches you comes from a member who joined, stayed, and is using the system. We share revenue that's real.
Where it lands is your design decision, and owners run it three ways: straight margin to the business; a per-member incentive to the practitioner who activated them — which turns roster activation into something your team wants to do; or a split of the two. Some owners point the first year's share at the programme investment itself, so the deployment pays itself down as rosters come onto the system. We're the infrastructure; the allocation is yours. Either way, it's a recurring revenue line that exists the moment your practitioners activate their rosters, before a single new service is sold.
Lever 2 · Premium
With continuous signal from the app and a platform delivering education between visits, the practice can package what members actually want to buy: wrap-around annual care — a year of joined-up support across your whole team, at a price you set. This isn't a 360 product. It's your programme, built on 360's infrastructure. The practice keeps 100% of the programme fee.
Lever 3 · Scale
Your practitioners run specialist cohorts in the areas your practice is known for — executive performance, golf, menopause, gut health, corporate resilience. Up to 25 participants per cohort. Each participant gets their own app, their own data, their own AI Coach — so the group stays personal even at scale. Every participant's annual membership is included, earning the practice the 50% share on top of the cohort fee you charge.
The Fourth Door · Corporate
Your members are founders, directors, partners — and a practice with authorised practitioners doesn't need to refer corporate work away. You deliver it yourself, through your own team: their people go onto the system, your practitioners run the programme, and every employee membership carries the same 50% share back into your deployment. Your delivery and programme fees sit on top and are entirely yours — they're not counted below, so treat this lever as the floor.

Annual care, cohorts and corporate on top — your programmes, your prices.
The cost side is a small closed loop — eight members' shares (8 × $399.50 = $3,196) repay one practitioner's entire $2,997 programme fee. Everything else this page models — annual care at concierge prices, specialist cohorts, corporate — accrues on top of a cost that's already covered.
Recovery times use annual revenue divided by 12. They are monthly equivalents, not a cash-flow forecast; actual receipt dates and delivery costs will differ. Revenue is on top of everything the practice already charges, which isn't counted above. Programme, cohort and corporate delivery fees are set by you and paid to you — 360 takes nothing from them. The membership share is exact at today's pricing, and how it's allocated inside your practice is entirely your call. The investment line uses the published individual rate of $2,997 per practitioner for the full Foundations and Practitioner pathway — multi-practitioner terms are agreed in conversation, so the true figure sits at or below what you see here. From year two, each authorised practitioner carries a $297 annual renewal that keeps their credential, their own App and Platform access, and the yearly OS update current — one member's share more than covers it.

The infrastructure is already built — the app, the platform, the Foundations and Practitioner pathway are live today. What we shape together is how it fits your practice, and the path is deliberately light.
