Support people individually. Grow through small cohorts.
The Practitioner Programme develops the skills and provides the connected Method, App, Platform and practice infrastructure to help you see patterns earlier, guide more personal care and build premium individual services and small cohorts around the coaching you already do well.
360 OS™ brings the structure around your work, so support can continue between sessions and develop over time.
Build a stronger practice in several ways.
The system gives you practical ways to change how clients engage with your care, package and price the service, support more people and open new routes to work. Use these growth levers individually or together.
| Growth lever | What changes |
|---|---|
| Ongoing individual care | Move from separate sessions into an annual relationship |
| A higher-value individual service | Price the complete service, not appointment time alone |
| Small cohorts | Support up to 25 people through one shared programme |
| Recurring membership share | Receive 50% of each active $799 annual membership |
| Suitable organisational work | Extend your practice into defined organisational programmes through the agreed delivery route |
You set and retain your professional fees. Alongside them, you receive a recurring share from every active membership used in an individual service or cohort.
You’re good at this. The problem is the shape of the business.
A full diary proves that people value your work. It also places a ceiling on a business built around appointments. More of the context, follow-up and support your clients value starts to depend on your time and memory.
The work depends heavily on you
When most revenue comes from appointments, time away creates an immediate gap in delivery and income. The practice has little room to grow without asking more of you.
The valuable work continues between sessions
Questions about sleep, training, nutrition, confidence or recovery rarely wait for the next appointment. Without a structure, that support spills into messages and evenings.
Growth should not make the coaching generic
You want to support more people without becoming a content creator or reducing thoughtful work to mass delivery. A small cohort needs a proper system beneath it.
360 amplifies good coaching. It does not replace it.
This is for coaches who want to look beyond the loudest issue or latest trend and understand how a person's lifestyle, wellbeing and personal stress are changing over time. You bring your specialism, judgement and client relationships. 360 develops your skills and connects the Method, App, Platform and practice structure around them, so you and your client can look ahead and choose the next useful step together. If you only want the whole-person method, Foundations on its own is the place to start.
The skills, tools and infrastructure behind the service.
You develop new ways to see, question, guide and design the service. The technology then helps you apply those skills consistently between conversations and across more client relationships.
Learn the whole-person method that organises the wider 360 system and directs attention towards what matters.
Learn to read personal trends in context, ask better questions, choose timely strategies, design ongoing services and lead participatory cohorts.
The App lets each client track subjective and objective measures of wellbeing in under two minutes a day, see patterns over time and control what they share with you.
Use the trends each person chooses to share, together with your judgement, to direct them towards the right Platform strategy—across longevity, mindset, nutrition, sleep, fitness, energy, emotional wellbeing and performance.
Give members a trusted reference across mobility, stability, strength and power—without filming the same demonstration again or sending them to disconnected public videos.
Shape a clearer offer, price, onboarding process, delivery rhythm and review structure for individual services and small cohorts.
You use the App and the Platform yourself first, so you know what your clients will see before you ask them to trust it.
Make the science useful in real life.
A clear explanation, one reflection and a small practical step chosen because it is relevant to this person now.
A report can help prepare better questions and support a more useful conversation.
How it works with one client.
The same client rhythm supports individual services and cohorts of up to 25. It begins with a light baseline, builds context and focuses the work on one useful next step.
- 1
Understand the person
Goals, what they're carrying, what matters to them now.
- 2
Build a baseline
Short daily App check-ins build a picture over time.
- 3
They share by choice
The client controls their information and shares a report or export when it adds value to the conversation.
- 4
Decide together
You bring your expertise and questions. Together, you agree one useful focus.
- 5
Support and review
One resource or action, then see what happened in real life and adjust.
The client receives relevant support between sessions. You gain continuity without carrying the relationship through ad hoc messages. The next decision remains shared between practitioner and client.
Learn the system. Build the service. Apply it responsibly.
Build the skills to read patterns in context, hold better conversations, choose relevant strategies and design stronger individual and cohort services. You use 360 yourself first, then develop those skills through applied work before completing the Practitioner Assessment.

The membership keeps the relationship active between conversations.
The $799 annual membership gives the coaching relationship a connected home between conversations. Each person receives their own App and year-round Private Member Platform experience, with reflection, education, practical strategies and movement support connected around the coaching relationship.
The person controls their App account and information. In under two minutes a day, they can record subjective and objective measures of wellbeing, follow patterns over time and share a report or export when it adds value to your work together.
You decide how the membership is built into your service. The person can buy it directly, or you can include it within the total price and purchase it on their behalf. You retain your professional fee and receive a 50% recurring share from every active membership.

Built from evidence. Refined in practice.
360 brings together more than 7,500 curated research references with 25 years of direct work across professional sport, gyms, private healthcare and corporate wellbeing.
That depth runs through Foundations, the Practitioner Programme and the Private Member Platform. It helps coaches understand the evidence, interpret it in context and choose what will be useful for a particular person rather than repeat generic advice.
The Method, App and Platform grew from years of using and refining this approach inside 360's own private client work. The Practitioner Programme now makes those skills and that infrastructure transferable, so other experienced coaches can bring the same depth, continuity and forward-looking care to their own practice.
